- “We will be transitioning to Seniors Independent Living in the near future and as is the case for many Seniors we have accumulated many treasured possessions over the years, many of which we will not be able to retain. We are leaving a Semi-detached side by side duplex with approximately 2150 square feet of finished space and downsizing to a one bedroom suite with 642 square feet. Many of our furnishings had been purchased from high end retailers and included furniture, pictures, mirrors and miscellaneous complimentary decorative pieces.
Notwithstanding the fact that some items were 15 years or older in some cases, Dan managed to recover some $5,000.00 in sales. Dan has a well established sales platform and audience and brings considerable experience and knowledge to his clients, both sellers and purchasers. Dan was enthusiastic, energetic, punctual and trustworthy in all of our encounters and a pleasure to deal with. He certainly had a better understanding of market pricing for furniture, jewellery, silver, china, antiques, etc. and he was able to access a network of buyers that we never would have reached. Dan spent a considerable amount of time sifting through the belongings we left in cupboards, and sold items we didn’t even know we owned! He did a good job of communicating the status of the sales, or if he found things that he thought we may have missed in our own clean up. I would certainly use Cantecs services again.”
