Who is Cantecs Estate Services?
- Dan Mah started up Cantecs Estate Services several years ago after having to deal with his father’s Estate. He soon got involved helping others after he had struggled through his own personal loss and experience. Dan understands the difficulties people go through when faced to handle a loved ones possessions after their loss.
- He has a passion for helping people deal with their family’s Estates. Dan also has over 25 years experience in online selling and working as an IT Consultant. His professionalism and strong work ethics has helped him to succeed as a dedicated and reliable person.
How much does your services cost?
- Our fees are based on a percentage of the total sales of the Estate assets and varies depending on the location, contents, size and condition of the Estate. This percentage normally range between 30% to 50% and is agreed upon after an initial Estate consultation of the property. We may also consider a reasonable hourly rate for Clean Up Services depending on the amount of work involved.
What is the initial process that occurs if I decide to use your services?
- Our services begin with an on-site review of the property. We take a comprehensive inventory of all items in the residence, take photos, make an evaluation based on the contents and then submit a plan of action to you.
- We are proficient in de-cluttering and sifting through what is useful, what has value and what needs to be disposed of. Upon the conclusion of our services, we will provide you an itemized list of all sales transactions including receipts of sales and expenses.
Can I keep some of my personal family belongings?
- Yes, you can decide which items you would like to keep and which items you want to sell. We will evaluate the Estate contents, determine which items are of value and decide which method to use to sell them. Our objective is to get the property cleared out while getting you maximum value for your items.
